Why do I need a dedicated server?
Dedicated Servers provide dedicated resources to your website or business application. Some customers require dedicated hardware for regulatory reasons or because VPS and Shared hosting is unsuitable for their traffic levels. LetsHost are happy to advise if a server is appropriate for your hosting requirements.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are location in Dublin, Ireland by default. We have hosting locations in Ireland/UK/USA and Australia but these are available on specific customer request.
Do you offer SLAs and out of hours support?
We can offer both a 4 hour hardware and 100% network SLA. As a dedicated server customer, you also have access to on-call engineers around the clock.
Can I customise my server CPU, Disk and RAM requirements?
We would be delighted to talk about your custom server build. We recognise all requirements are different and would be happy to customise your server from our range of options or provision a fully bespoke system for you.
Do you provide consulting services for complex setups including high traffic e-commerce websites, load balanced clusters and other non standard configurations?
We specialise in providing custom setups for customers with high traffic, high sensitivity and high value websites and business applications. Am I tied into long term contracts with your offerings?
