Accounts / Sales administrator

LetsHost, one of Ireland’s largest domain registration, web hosting and dedicated server providers is currently accepting CVs for an Accounts / Sales administrator based from our Galway office. This is a maternity cover position.

 The Role:

 You will work with our accounts team to:

– Process inbound accounts calls and emails
– Provision new orders via our back end systems
– Produce reports as required by management
– Make outbound calls to accounts in arrears

Skillset required:

– Meticulous attention to detail
– Outgoing, confident personality
– Self motivated
– Impeccable writing style
– Excellent typing skills
– Friendly, confident and assertive phone manner
– Interest in Internet technology and knowledge of the hosting industry a benefit (training will be given however)

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role or a book keeping / accountancy role. Full training will be given in relation to the sales aspect of the position. Remuneration is relative to experience. Please forward a CV with references to jobs @ letshost.ie
